IOC Decision on its Vice-President Un Yong Kim
Following the recommendation of the Ethics Commission, the Executive Board
of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), pursuant to paragraph 4 of
Rule 25.2.1.1* of the Olympic Charter, today decided unanimously to
provisionally deprive Mr Un Yong Kim of all the rights, prerogatives and
functions deriving from his IOC membership until the investigation under way
in South Korea and the inquiry of the Ethics Commission have been finalised. |
