  Breath Intermediate Qi Gong Exercise
  Mind and Qi Focusing Qi - Dan Tien
  Application Ward off, pull back, press, push, borrow force, return force, pull down, split, elbow , bump, grasp and strike
     
Student 1 Year: Cumulative 3 Years
  Posture and Stances Form Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Sections
  Meditation and Exercise Dao Yin
  Basic Motion and Action Moving Step Push Hands
  Breath Advanced Qi Gong Exercise
  Mind and Qi Expanding Yang and Contracting YIn Energy
  Application Chan Jing, Ting Jing, Dong Jing, Fa Jing, Xun Jing
     
Advanced Student 1 Year: Cumulative 4 Years
  Posture and Stances Form Knowledge and Understanding
  Meditation Dao Jing Xin
  Basic Motion and Action Sparring Using Taiji Principles
